Automated application information collection and EEO data collection. Multi-level security controls protect the system and our Client's critical data. The Grid is accessible via any high speed Internet connection and provides one central location for all pertinent candidate data such as their interview screening, resume, recruiter notes and interview schedule. CladdaghGrid also includes full reporting on the hiring process. We develop custom reporting for our clients's staff to access information such as Resumes, Sales Force Demographics and the outcome of any activity during the hiring process. CladdaghRecruiter, along with CladdaghGrid, create a dynamic and intuitive cohesive solution for managing candidates, their activities, their data and qualifications.
