Once a candidate has successfully completed the initial interview process and the Claddagh recruiter has determined they fit our client's profile, their data is then added to the CladdaghGrid. This is our online candidate tracking management system that our clients use to help manage the candidate tracking and interview process. It provides the following services:
Capturing of all candidate contact data, interview screen and resume.
Tracking of all interview management, locations, dates and capabilities for mass scheduling in the event of panel interviews or during times of rapid expansion.
Real time communication between the hiring managers and Claddagh recruiting staff which provides for greater flexibility if field managers are traveling, working after business hours and such.
Storage of all needed interview paperwork such as Interview Guides, Mock Sales Call form and related materials so that the hiring mangers can print them as needed.
Documentation of all offers, amounts, and offer acceptance ratios. Capture of field sales force demographic data. All related reporting.
Automated application information collection and EEO data collection.
Multi-level security controls protect the system and our Client's critical data. The Grid is accessible via any high speed Internet connection and provides one central location for all pertinent candidate data such as their interview screening, resume, recruiter notes and interview schedule.
CladdaghGrid also includes full reporting on the hiring process. We develop custom reporting for our clients's staff to access information such as Resumes, Sales Force Demographics and the outcome of any activity during the hiring process.
CladdaghRecruiter, along with CladdaghGrid, create a dynamic and intuitive cohesive solution for managing candidates, their activities, their data and qualifications.
