 SENIOR MANAGEMENT Peter Casey, CEO 
Peter Casey is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Claddagh Resources. Currently, he works closely with the Company's most senior clients, handles high-level sales and delivery, and provides strategic direction for the Company. Peter's successful career began with Xerox Corporation as a Sales Executive progressing to Sales Manager and then Branch Manager. In 1983, he won the Three Oceans Cup as the top Sales Manager in the Asia/Africa Region. He established The Trinity Group in Sydney, Australia in 1985. This company experienced 100% average growth per annum for its first five years and was sold to a conglomerate of investors in 1992. Peter has been successfully running and developing businesses on three continents. He graduated from Aston University in Birmingham, England with an Honors degree in Economics and Philosophy. April Winenger, COO 
April joined the Claddagh Resources in 1999 and currently manages all recruitment delivery globally with a team of Account Directors. With over 10 years in the human resources industry, April brings a depth of experience to our management team working with a cross industry cross section of clients. During her tenure at Claddagh, she has excelled in managing various outsourced recruiting initiatives, several national sales force recruitment projects, placement of high level executives and been the driving force behind our systems and process development. Prior to joining Claddagh, April spent over five years in the human resources consulting industry, primarily focusing on outplacement and best practices for hiring and retention. She has a Bachelor's degree from GA State University and is a member of National Association of Female Executives and Atlanta Women in Business. George McAllister, Director of Global Research 
George joined Claddagh in November 2000, initially as IT Manager. He now holds the position of Global Research Director and manages the operations of our Research center in Ireland. George has worked across several industries but specialized in IT and Logistics. Prior to joining Claddagh George was Transport & Logistics Manager for P&O GBE Logistics where he developed their first outsourcing agreement with 3M. He has also been involved with Vendor Management initiatives with companies such as Seagate, Air Products and Proctor & Gamble. Timeyo Banda, IT Director 
Timeyo joined the Claddagh development team as a contractor in 2000 and spent three years managing our Detroit office before being promoted to Director of Technology in 2004 and moving to Atlanta. Timeyo has led all development efforts of CladdaghRecruiter, CladdaghSP, CladdaghGrid and the new Claddagh Web Portal. Timeyo works closely with each client to customize the Claddagh Solutions to fit their Company look and culture. Prior to Claddagh, Timeyo worked for the University of West Florida, which is also where he earned his degree in Computer Science. |
